After listening to Ontario consumers on how to improve the door-to-door experience, Reliance Home Comfort has developed and is committed to a series of principles when conducting door-to-door sales.
RESPECT
We respect your right to have private time at home with your friends and family. We will not visit you with a sales call after 9:30 PM.
EDUCATION
We believe the best customer is an informed customer. We will fully explain all the options to you so that together we can find you the best solution for your home comfort needs.
LISTEN
Your comments and questions are important to us. Our goal is to make it easy to talk with us by being available 24/7.
INTEGRITY
We strongly believe the best way to earn your business is to offer you high quality products and customer service, not by making false claims or empty promises.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Offering superior products and service to all Ontario homeowners is always our goal, but if we fall short, we will take responsibility for the situation and make it right.
NO PRESSURE
We will never use high-pressure sales tactics to gain a customer. We want you to have the facts and the time you need to make the choice that is right for your family. It's your doorstep, and your decision.
CONSISTENCY
Ontario homeowners deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless if it's a sales call, a service call or a customer service issue. We'll work hard to earn your business every day.
EXTRA MILE
We are so confident in the high standards practised by our door-to-door sales team that we go the extra mile by promising Reliance's agents are truthful about the company they represent, honest about safety and legal issues, and provide accurate written information regarding savings or product information. If a Reliance agent misrepresents themselves regarding these items, Reliance will remove its tank within the first 30 days at no charge.
